METHODOLGY

At Strong By Jenny you will learn the best exercises which are variations of functional movement patterns and the principles of progressive overload. This type of training works multiple muscle groups at once, burns a ton of calories, builds muscle, strengthens bone, increases metabolism, improves hormone health and will get you results and keep them coming.
