STRENGTH TRAINING is much more than creating a better look. Building muscle is your insurance policy for aging with more ease and protecting your long term health and vitality. In my opinion, strength training is a non-negotiable.

REGARDLESS OF YOUR AGE, my clients range from teens to 80s, I can help you build muscle, feel more comfortable in the gym and work to get lean and strong without wasting your time with sub-optimal exercises.

My training is based on skill acquisition not endless 1 on 1 sessions that become expensive and unnecessary. I want to teach you how to safely and effectively utilize the most effective exercises and the principles of progressive overload so that you can lift independently.

Proper and progressive training improves body composition by working multiple muscle groups at once. This combats age-related muscle loss. You will build muscle and bone, increase metabolism, improve joint function, cognition and it may help manage chronic health conditions.
