My coaching is structured to provide you with the most economical and effective training that will fit your budget, lifestyle and accountability needs. The ultimate goal for my clients is to help them build lifting skills, education and the discipline needed to keep them strength training for life.
ALL STRENGTH TRAINING COACHING OPTIONS INCLUDE;
*Access to my Strong By Jenny App where you will find your training program, my detailed instructional exercise videos, the ability to track your progress, habits and goals.
*Programs that are based around the process of progressive overload. The goal of these programs is to enable continuous long term improvements month after month.
*Educational content
*Unlimited text support & phone calls for questions about your trainingprogram or for review of your form videos.
*Nutritionl & habit coaching guidance if requested
1.VIRTUAL SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM $50 every 5 weeks
This is good option for the experienced lifter. Members receive their progressive workouts every 5 weeks. You have the option of a 2 day full body, 3 day full body or a 4 day upper/lower split. You decide based on your schedule. You have the option to switch programs at any time. These are set programs that allow for minor modifications.
2. VIRTUAL PERSONALIZED PROGRAM $100 for a 6 week program
This is a the perfect option for ANY experience level. We work together, either in person or phone, to build you a 6 week customized training program, designed just for your life, lifting experience, comfort level, goals and your gym equipment. These programs can be modified and adjusted as needed.
3. IN PERSON & HYBRID TRAINING, San Clemente, Ca.
In person, $90 an hour- Training can be done 1 on 1 or in pairs. Lifting is a skill and therefore has a larger barrier to entry than just doing a workout. In person training is ideal if you want to learn to lift or brush up on your skills. It is also a great starting place for someone needing an accountability boost. The goal with my in person training is to eventually transition you to vitrual or hybrid training.
Hybrid training- Hybrid training combines the best parts of traditional in person training and virtual coaching. This means a bit of in person training, you decide how much is needed, and a bit of virtual following your program from my Strong By Jenny app. This is great value and a wonderful way for you to build skills, confidence, and independence. Being able to work out anytime, anywhere, while still getting that personalized touch will help keep you motivated. You get the freedom to stay consistent on your own schedule without feeling like you're going at it alone.
