ALL STRENGTH TRAINING COACHING OPTIONS INCLUDE;

-Access to my Strong By Jenny App where you will find your training program, my detailed instructional exercise videos and the ability to track your workouts.

-Programs that are based around the process of progressive overload. The goal of these programs is to enable continuous long term improvements month after month.

-Educational content

-Unlimited text support & phone calls for questions about your training

program or for review of your form videos.

1.SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM

$50 every 5 weeks

This is good option for the experienced lifter. 

Members receive their workouts every 5 weeks, consisting of

3 day full body or 4 day upper/lower split workouts. 

These are set programs that allow very minor modifications.

2.PERSONALIZED PROGRAM

$100 for a 6 week program

This is a the perfect option for any experience level.  

6 week personalized and customized training program, designed just for your life,

your lifting experience, comfort level, goals and your gym equipment. 

These programs can be modified and adjusted as needed. 

3. HYBRID TRAINING, San Clemente, Ca.

This mix of in person training and online is perfect for the client that needs a

little more guidance and support when starting their program.

The in person process usually involves about 1-2 hours of training. I watch you

move and we work together to build you an online program that you

feel safe and comfortable doing on your own at your gym. 

$90 an hour for in person training at my private gym.
